Preamble
These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed on the website of Adaptism.
Article 1 - Purpose
The purpose of these T&Cs is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products offered by Adaptism to the customer (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer").
Article 2 - Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the Website on the day the Customer consults it. The products are described and presented with the utmost accuracy. The photographs in the catalog are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product offered, especially with regard to colors, textures and markings
Article 3 - Prices
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping costs. Adaptism reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered, subject to availability.
Article 4 - Order
Order confirmation implies acceptance of these terms of sale, acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge of them, and waiver of one's own purchase conditions or other conditions. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction. The confirmation will be equivalent to a signature and acceptance of the operations carried out. The seller will communicate the order confirmation by email.
Article 5 - Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The Customer can make the payment by credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method offered on the Website. Adaptism reserves the right to suspend any order management and any delivery in the event of refusal of payment authorization by credit card from officially accredited bodies or in case of non-payment.
Article 6 - Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer during their order. Delivery times are given only as an indication and may vary depending on product availability and destination. In case of delayed delivery, Adaptism's liability cannot be engaged.
Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging. Adaptism will refund the Customer within 14 days following receipt of the returned product.
Article 8 - Warranties
All products supplied by Adaptism benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it can be returned to Adaptism who will take it back, exchange it, or refund it.
Article 9 - Liability
Adaptism, in the online sales process, is only bound by a best-efforts obligation. Its liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as data loss, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other unintended problems.
Article 10 - Intellectual Property
All elements of the Website are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Adaptism. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, re-broadcast, or use in any way whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether they are software, visual, or sound.
Article 11 - Personal Data
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, personal information relating to buyers may be subject to automated processing. Adaptism reserves the right to collect information about buyers, including using cookies, and, if desired, to transmit the collected information to business partners. Buyers may object to the disclosure of their contact details by notifying Adaptism. Similarly, users have the right to access and rectify data concerning them, in accordance with the law of January 6, 1978.
Article 12 - Dispute Resolution
These online sales conditions are subject to French law. In case of dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Paris.

Article 13 - Customer Acceptance
By validating their order, the Customer declares accepting without reserve the terms of these T&Cs as well as the general conditions of use of the Website.
